SAC Consulting and Cumbria Organics Focus meeting at Slack House Farm

SAC Consulting and Cumbria Organics held  a focus meeting on 24^th February at Slack House Farm, Gilsland, Cumbria, CA8 7DB

The meeting  looked at what the changes in CAP reform mean for upland and organic farmers, as well as some of the key issues relating to grassland management in the uplands. There was a wintry farm walk to see what has been achieved at Slack House in controlling rushes and making better use of available forage area.
